Shipping policy

We offer U.S. shipping and international shipping to select countries where available at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and ship from Rockville, Maryland. Free standard U.S. shipping is available on eligible wellness orders over $75. Heavy, oversized, cookware, or international orders may not qualify for free shipping.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS International Mail Service, depending on the option selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

We ship to the United States and internationally to select countries including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, and many more. A full list of supported countries is available at checkout.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
